Smart Delivery App จัดทำขึ้นโดย บริษัท ผลิตภัณฑ์และวัตถุก่อสร้าง จำกัด (CPAC) เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้านการขนส่งสินค้าและบริการของ CPAC นโยบายนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่ออธิบายถึงการเก็บ ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้งานแอป
1. ข้อมูลที่แอปเก็บรวบรวม
- ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (ชื่อ, รหัสพนักงาน หรือรหัสผู้ขับรถ, วัน/เดือน/ปีเกิด, รหัสบัตรประชาชน)
- ข้อมูลยานพาหนะและการจัดส่ง (หมายเลขรถ, ใบสั่งงาน, สถานที่จัดส่ง)
- ข้อมูลตำแหน่งพิกัด (GPS) ขณะใช้งาน
- ข้อมูลการใช้งานทั่วไปของแอปเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพ
2. วัตถุประสงค์ของการใช้ข้อมูล
- เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนและจัดการการเข้าสู่ระบบ
- เพื่อแสดงสถานะการจัดส่งและยืนยันการปฏิบัติงาน
- เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพการให้บริการและประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้
- เพื่อปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายและนโยบายความปลอดภัยข้อมูล (PDPA)
3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

Smart Delivery App is developed by The Concrete Products and Aggregate Co., Ltd. (CPAC) to support the logistics and delivery operations of CPAC’s products and services. This policy is established to explain how the App collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal data of its users.

- Vehicle and delivery information (such as truck number, dispatch order, and delivery location)
- GPS location data while using the App
